KIZOMBA – The couples dance from Angola – a mix of Carribean zouk dance with Tango moves and steps. A dance and music that connects people from all parts of the world. It is also the inspiration for the related form of dance, influenced by R&B music, Urban Kiz, which is becoming extremely popular at the moment!
AMSTERDAM KIZOMBA FESTIVAL started as the first Kizomba festival in Amsterdam 3 years ago and has become one of the main festivals of The Netherlands. Situated in one of the most amazing venues it brings together around a thousand dancers from all over the world. Lots of high quality workshops, socials and theme parties on 3 dance floors.
